Before you upload
Is it really free?
Yes. Every organization gets 5 plan checks a month at no cost, with no credit card. They reset on the 1st. Anonymized checks are the one exception: your first is free, then $49 per file. Re-checking the same file within 30 days doesn't cost extra.
What happens to my document?
Your file is only used to produce your report. If you anonymize it, names and contact details are replaced in your browser before upload, so they never reach us.
Which industries do you check against?
Every plan is checked against what a working continuity plan needs. Federally insured credit unions also get NCUA regulations and FFIEC examiner guidance, with citations. More industries are being added.
What file types work?
PDF, Word (.docx) and plain text. Business continuity plans, business impact analyses and IT disaster recovery plans each have their own checklist.
Do I need to set anything up first?
